No, you do not need a referral to book an appointment. However, some insurance providers may require a physician’s note in order to process reimbursement.

Initial Assessment (1 hour) - $165
Follow-up Appointments:
30 minutes - $90
45 minutes - $135
Walking Gait Analysis
Part 1 of 2 (1 hour) - $200
Part 2 of 2 (1 hour) - $160

Payment is made at each appointment. We securely store a credit card on file for convenience, with alternative payment options available upon request.

We don’t offer direct billing, so payment is made at completion of your visit. Depending on your insurance plan, we may be able to submit your claim for you, with reimbursement sent directly to you by your provider. Regardless, you’ll always receive a detailed receipt to make submitting your claim quick and easy.

We do not currently accept WSIB, Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA), or OHIP-funded physiotherapy claims. All services are provided on a private-pay basis.

No fee for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice—or missed appointments—will be charged the full appointment fee to the card on file.

We offer one-on-one care with your physiotherapist—no handoffs, ever. Our facility features a large, fully equipped gym and turf area, allowing you to test your capacity and build confidence before returning to your activity.

Yes—you’ll work exclusively with your dedicated physiotherapist throughout your appointment. We prioritize continuity of care and building strong therapeutic relationships.

We treat a wide variety of muscle and joint injuries, including:
Sports and exercise-related injuries
Back and neck pain
Shoulder, hip, and knee issues
Sprains, strains, and tendon injuries
Repetitive strain injuries (like tennis elbow)
ACL rehab
Achilles ruptures
Recovery after surgery
Post-joint replacement (e.g. hip / knee / shoulder)
Arthritis and general joint pain
At this time, we do not accept WSIB, MVA, or OHIP-funded claims.

Yes, ample parking is available. We are the end unit of the building - drive toward the back of the parking lot.
